Over the past few decades, science has developed a comprehensive cosmology that explains the origins of human beings as the culmination of a 5-billion year process of chemical and biological evolution on this planet, which formed in the aftermath of the Big Bang - the event that marked the beginning of the universe, founded upon particle physics and astronomical observations suggesting we live in an expanding cosmos, and thus inextricably connected with the theory of the biochemical evolution of all life forms, including human beings.
The initial research supporting this "biochemical materialistic" cosmology, (which has for all practical purposes pushed the Soul into the realm of mythology - at least in the intellectual centers of modern civilization), was funded by the major foundations, especially the Rockefeller Foundation (Eli Lilly was a huge supporter of archaeology with hands-on experience in the Hopewell area).
It is important to have some idea of what the nature of our world governance has been before we attempt to heal it. We are all part of something far grander than any of us will ever know and yet WE are God. It is possible to understand that Divine Providence includes all sentient beings doing their utmost to Harmonize the whole. There is really only one true religion and it is not what the ego wants to put a face on or over. It is what we do rather than what we merely say we "believe". * Belief is closure.
